Every week our small team of dedicated volunteers
performs ECO-CLEANUPS of non-biodegradable plastic
on the banks of Yao River in lower Yao State Park
and in other state parks and beaches on Maui.

Every week we pick up and remove used baby dipers,(which are
non-biodgradable), new plastic bottles, candy wrappers,
exploded balloons, plastic utensiles and plastic packaging,
(all of which are non-biodegradable and toxic to nature)
from pristine eco-habitats in lower Yao State Forest, 
thrown there by ecologically-illiterate local residents.

The reason why some local residents of Maui continue to
indulge in a morally-depraved habit to trash pristine
Hawaiian Eco-habitats of Nature with non-biodegradable
plastic waste and continue to exercise this morally-
depraved belief and behavior, (instead of taking all
non-biodegradable waste back into town) is because of
Ecological Illiteracy at public schools level.

With your support, we can introduce "Eco-literacy" seminars 
in public schools across Maui to teach children the difference
between biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste
and to encourage Ecologically-responsible behavior
in Maui state park forests and on pristine beaches/seashore.
